FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

July 4, 2007

Holt , Michigan

FIBERTEC CREATES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH HAPPY VALLEY ENTERPRISES, LLC.

Fibertec Environmental Services announced today that it has been quietly working to develop a new company to manufacture Biodiesel fuel. The new entity, named Happy Valley Enterprises, LLC. is jointly owned by Matthew Frisch and Ray Lund . Mr. Frisch is also President of Fibertec Environmental Services.

“The synergies of the chemistry performed by Fibertec and by Happy Valley Enterprises have been really helpful in accelerating our product development,” Mr. Frisch said. “As we continue to improve on the conversion of Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) into Biodiesel, we hope to turn this into a commercial venture.”

The Biodiesel has powered two Fibertec-owned vehicles in over 10,000 miles of experimental testing since January, 2007. Fibertec’s entire diesel fleet currently uses approximately 40,000 gallons of fuel each year.

“By manufacturing this Biofuel, we hope to eliminate our use of at least 20,000 gallons of petroleum-based fuel in the next year,” said Fibertec’s President, Matthew Frisch.

The manufacturing process is currently performed in a pilot plant located in Holt , Michigan .

Fibertec is a full service environmental testing company, with a laboratory based in Holt , Michigan .
